This consultation takes place virtually via Zoom or by phone. Complete the Health History form and submit it online at least 24 hours prior to our call. We discuss your health history and wellness goals, then develop a customized Reflexology treatment plan to support you in achieving your desired outcome. Allow 30 minutes. No charge.
30 min. Consultation:
We meet in person to discuss your health history and wellness goals, then develop a customized Reflexology Treatment Plan to support you in achieving your desired outcome. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the Health History form, or fill it out ahead of time and bring it with you. Allow 30 minutes. No charge.
30 min. Foot/Hand Reflexology:
This shortened session is for the busy person who is looking for focused Foot or Hand Reflexology, targeting specific areas of interest. There is an emphasis on supporting you in reaching your wellness goals. $45.00
60 min. Foot/Hand Reflexology:
The standard 60 minute Reflexology session, customized to meet your individual needs and preferences. With an emphasis on relaxation and improved circulation, reflexology encourages your body to rest and restore, naturally. $75.00
75 min. Hot Stone Foot/Hand Reflexology:
Warm stones add another layer of care and comfort to your Reflexology session. The heat from the stones encourages your muscles to relax, allowing free movement and improved flexibility. Enjoy the standard 60 minute Reflexology session with an additional 15 minutes with the stones, for 75 minutes of reflexology bliss! $90.00
